United Merchant Services provides an unrivalled credit and debit card processing proposition to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the UK. Working as a partner to one of the UK's major banks, United Merchant Services are currently looking for commission only sales people to help drive our unique offering throughout the north and south of England.

We stand apart from other organisations as we offer an exclusive working capital programme and merchant advertising programme only available to UMS merchants. These programmes have been expertly designed to help merchants drive customers and profit to their business.

We are looking for:

Commission only sales agents
Must have car and access to internet
£20,000 to £60,000 (realistic)

We will provide full Visa and MasterCard accreditation from one of the UK's major high street banks. Full UMS Company training will also be provided. This is a complete 3 day training course.

The role will include:

Making contact with small independent retail business owners in your sales region to sell our unique credit and debit card processing proposition
Using field and telephony based skills to make appointments and close deals
Complete the paperwork necessary to close the application process with our customers
Follow up customers ensuring accounts complete to trading status
Provide excellent communication with UMS sales support and management team
Develop marketing campaigns to help drive customer sales
Keep records on UMS database up to date
